Return & Refund Policy
Strict Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of personal care products, all items including Facewashes, Bodywashes, and Shampoos are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable once the seal is broken or the product is delivered.
Quality Assurance: We ensure that every product is shipped in perfect condition with secure packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Item: In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a Replacement Only.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for damage, customers must provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Without a video, claims will not be entertained.
